Shipping & Delivery Policy

MergeLine is a provider of digital products and software services. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All products sold on our platform are delivered electronically.

1. Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful purchase, your digital product—such as Chrome Extensions, software licenses, automation tools, or other services—will be delivered to you via one or more of the following methods:

  • Email address provided during checkout
  • Phone/WhatsApp number (if opted-in)
  • Customer dashboard or download link (if applicable)

Delivery is usually completed instantly or within a few hours. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

2. No Physical Shipping

MergeLine does not engage in the shipping of physical goods. You will not receive any tangible product via courier, postal service, or logistics provider.

3. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you do not receive your purchased item within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us immediately at support@mergeline.in with your order ID and payment confirmation.

4. Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and valid contact details at the time of purchase. MergeLine is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or inaccessible email addresses or phone numbers.
